Is ongoing support included?
Every handoff includes documentation, a walkthrough and a 30-day support window. After that you can run the system yourself, or take our Run tier: monitoring, fixes when an API or model changes, prompt tuning, small changes and a monthly report for $299 per month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
