Every custom build, whether a single workflow, an AI agent or an internal tool, starts at $2,000. The scope sets the price, and you see it in writing before anything is built.

Typical ranges: a single workflow or agent is usually in the low thousands. An internal tool with several integrations runs into the tens of thousands. Multi-system automation programmes can reach six figures.

  3. Nothing is billed until you approve the scope. You push back, we adjust, and the build starts only when we both agree.

How We Bill

Payment terms.

Build
50% deposit on scope approval, 50% on handoff. Projects over $10,000 are billed in milestones agreed in the scope, so you never pay for work you have not seen.
Run
$299 per month, billed monthly in advance. The first month starts the day after handoff. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Website speed
$500 paid upfront, refunded in full if the agreed Core Web Vitals targets are not met.

What is the minimum project size?

Custom builds start at $2,000. The one exception is the Website Speed & Core Web Vitals service, which is $500 fixed. Below $2,000 a custom build cannot be scoped, tested and documented properly, so we would rather point you to a productised tool.

What decides the price?

Scope: how many systems the build touches, how many steps need judgement rather than rules, and how much testing against real cases it needs. A single workflow or agent is usually in the low thousands; an internal tool with several integrations runs into the tens of thousands.

Do you bill hourly or fixed?

Fixed. Every project has a written scope with a fixed price and timeline before anything is built. If the scope changes, the price change is agreed in writing first.

Does the discovery call cost anything?

No. The 30-minute automation review is free, and so is the written scope that follows within 3 business days. Nothing is billed until you approve the scope.

What are the payment terms?

Does the speed guarantee apply to every site?

It applies to WordPress and common stacks where we can reach the hosting, theme and plugins. We confirm the targets and that your site qualifies before you pay; if it does not qualify we say so on the call.
