Bespoke Mind.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email contact@bespokemind.ai and we’ll explain in plain English.
Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to bespokemind.ai and people who book a call or contact us through this site. It does not cover the work we do for our clients on their own systems — that’s governed by individual engagement agreements.
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible.
When you book a discovery call
Through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, time zone, and anything you write in the booking form. We use this only to hold the call and follow up.
When you email us
We see the contents of any message you send to contact@bespokemind.ai, plus standard email metadata (sender address, subject, time).
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) logs basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, and approximate location. This is standard server-log behavior and is used to keep the site running and to catch security issues.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — for the site to function (e.g., remembering whether you’ve dismissed a notification)
- Performance — anonymous usage data so we can understand which pages are useful
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work, you’ll just be asked to dismiss any notifications again.
Third-party services we use
- Hostinger — hosts the site and handles email
- Calendly — runs the discovery-call booking flow
- WordPress — content management system the site runs on
- YouTube — embeds for the client testimonial videos (loads only when you click play)
- LinkedIn — link to our company page
When you interact with these embedded services (e.g., booking a Calendly slot, playing a YouTube video), you’re also subject to their privacy policies.
How long we keep your data
- Discovery call records — as long as the engagement conversation is active, plus 12 months for follow-up. We delete on request.
- Email correspondence — kept in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it.
- Server logs — automatically rotated and deleted after 30 days by our hosting provider.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us to stop processing it
Email contact@bespokemind.ai with the subject “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy in a way that affects how we handle your data, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and — for material changes — notify anyone we have an active conversation with.
