A genuinely fast, Core-Web-Vitals-green site often sits at 70 to 89 on mobile, which PageSpeed paints orange even though nothing is wrong. My mobile score is orange, not green. Is that a problem?
No. The 0 to 100 PageSpeed score only turns green at 90, so mobile scores of 70 to 89 show as orange. That is a fast, well-optimized site, not a fault.
