Where do these figures come from?
The savings are calculated from what you tell us: how long each task takes, how often, and who does it (each role has a fully-loaded hourly cost). Coverage, build cost, and running cost use benchmark bands from real automation projects. The detailed report then tailors the approach to your business with AI.
What is "running cost"?
The monthly cost to keep an automation live, things like Zapier or Make subscriptions, AI API usage, and any tools it depends on. We net this out of your monthly saving so the numbers are honest.
Is the build cost what you would charge?
It is a realistic done-for-you range for building each automation once. A typical single build runs the same 2,000 to 5,000 dollars an agency would charge. Simple flows cost less, custom apps more. We confirm exact scope on a call.
